There’s lots of support available and it’s up to you how much you access. You can opt to join our private Facebook and WhatsApp pages/groups, as well as the weekly 1-to-1 contact with your practitioner. Progress calls can be arranged as and when you feel you need that bit of extra support as well – we’re here for you!
If you’re taking part in the online course, you will receive weekly emails with the course content for you to look back over. You will also have access to our online physical activity platform with live streamed and saved workouts.
