Eat Well, Lose Weight

We know that what works for one person doesn’t always work for another! We offer in person and digital programmes to help you learn how to lose weight and be healthier, for good.

 Be Smoke Free

Helping you to be smoke free, our 12 week programme means you’ll be 4 times more likely to stop, for good. We’ll look at your history, help you set goals and offer follow-up support and nicotine replacement therapy (NRT).

Move more

We’ll get you moving more and achieving the recommended 150 mins of physical activity a week! We support those not currently reaching this target with our group physical activity sessions and access to a variety of online and face-to-face exercise classes.

Drink less

We’ll help you reduce your alcohol intake or abstain for good with 1-to-1 sessions with a Health Coach as part of our Health Coaching programme.

1 to 1 Health CoachinG

Make changes to your health and wellbeing and become confident you’re doing the best you can to live a healthy life with 1-to-1 help from our Health Coaches. We’ll support you every step of the way.

NHS HEalth Checks

If you’re over 40 you might be eligible for a FREE NHS health check? Your NHS health check can help detect underlying health conditions early.
