Group Exercise Classes

Join our coaches to move more in your own home or at one of our convenient locations. Get your comfy gear on, grab some water and start moving. For online sessions you’ll need an internet connection and device (like a smartphone, tablet or laptop).

Virtual Gym

Looking for a virtual gym? Enter gloji gym and take part in live-streamed or on demand classes with everything from chair-based workouts to stretching or more challenging HIIT sessions.
